Preliminary Stage
Your journey can begin even before planning permission. We collaborate with your architect or engineer to shape your dream home.
Post-Planning Permission

We provide a detailed tender and issue contracts.

Contracts are signed, and milestone dates are agreed.

Custom items (doors, windows, etc.) are ordered.
Step 05
We file the commencement notice with Local Building Control Authorities.
Step 06
We provide necessary forms for utility connections.
Factory (Approximately 6 Weeks )

Custom items arrive at our factory.

Construction begins in our controlled factory environment.
